What is included in price?
Regardless of the room category, the rate includes access to the SPA area: Roman sauna, Finnish sauna, Russian sauna, jacuzzi, indoor heated pool, breakfast and shuttle service to ski lifts (winter).
Are pets allowed in your hotel?
Nope!
How can I find out the availability of rooms and their prices?
Use our website hotel-twins.com/en/booking. You need to select dates and other search criteria and the system will show what numbers are available.
Do you have birthday discounts?
As we do not have such discounts, we make a nice compliment from the hotel :)
Why are the prices on Booking lower than on the website?
Prices are the same everywhere. You may have Genius status, which guarantees a 10-15% discount on accommodation, or incorrect dates on one of the sources.
